Scott Trembley: Hello, everybody. Scott Trembley here, president and CEO of The Trembley Group Real Estate Firm in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and we are down in Charleston, South Carolina. The reason for it is my partner and I, Jeremy Jenks, we got together a couple of years ago and decided to build the best brand in real estate in Myrtle Beach. We are on our way to conquering that. This first year, as our first calendar year in 2017, will close 400 homes, about 75 million. Our goal for the new year is 150 million and 850 closed homes. But, the whole reason why we’re here, we’re doing a retreat with the executive team to just create more courage, competence, and clarity with everyone in our team, all of our systems, all of our skillsets, sales and marketing, everything we do to truly dominate the real estate business. Let me tell you something. I’ve got amazing, amazing people here to help us build an incredible mindset to truly, truly crush those goals.

Jeremy Jenks: We’re here in Charleston, South Carolina finishing up our 2017 executive planning and goal setting retreat. I’m super excited about mastering seller lead generation for 2018 and diving into some of the different markets and pushing and growing myself and my goals.

Jill McNeely: Jill McNeely here, director of operations at Trembley Group. We are super, super excited talking about technology and what it’s going to do for us in 2018 and how we’re going to crush this business.

Charles Everham: Hey, good afternoon, everyone. This is Charles Everham, the client care specialist here at The Trembley Group Real Estate Firm in Myrtle Beach. As you guys know, we’re at this company retreat and we are super excited with all the new things that we have to implement on the client care specialist side. We cannot wait to see the outcome we have in 2018.

Nancy-Paige Robinson: Nancy-Paige Robinson director of marketing, enjoying immensely this time together as an executive team here in Charleston on our retreat. We’ve been talking a lot about marketing ideas. Of course, there’s a plethora of things that you can do. We’ve been honing in on what’s the most important for our listings, our sellers, our buyers, for the company as a whole. I’m super excited. Just stay tuned.
