Even though the coronavirus pandemic has affected the way we do business, it hasn’t changed the fact that homes are still being bought and sold. Here’s the latest from the ground in Myrtle Beach.

The world has seemingly come to a halt, but the real estate market is still operating. Here in Myrtle Beach, we’re carefully showing houses, but most clients I’m working with are operating virtually. In the last seven days, there have been over 400 new active properties listed with 307 closings. As you can see, business is still moving forward. Additionally, my team and I want to help out those who are in need.
