Scott Trembley: Hello guys and gals out there. Scott Trembley, President and CEO of the Trembley Group Real Estate firm here in Myrtle Beach. I hope all of you are doing simply amazing today. In my conversation with you today is really just to kind of wrap up the new year and talk a little bit about where we’re headed. So here we are in December. We’re wrapping up the new year. We’re gonna close in our first calendar year 400 homes here at the Trembley Group and we’re all pretty of that, feel pretty excited about it. That’s with our team now has 16 agents on it. The bulk of that was done through Nine Agent and so I’m gonna give you some numbers and some stats. Nine Agents, those are those the ones that were with us from January until now. They’ll finish up this year and they will average 39 deals each per those nine agents and so it’s sort of a stat that unheard of in this business. But let me tell you something. That’s not the only thing here at The Trembley Group. The number is great.

We always are striving for everybody to make six figures here with our company, which is a goal and a commitment to us. But one of the biggest things is we focus on culture first and so we have amazing values, those being heart, winning attitude, coachable, fearless, 100% accountable, zero excuses. So we focus so, so much on internal values and culture that we know if we do that internally, that will be exponential in your business as you go to work with client. So that support, that amazing value, it kind of oozes throughout our company, so the reason I share that with you is as we’re growing and moving into the new year, we got big goals for the new year. We’re always looking for that next special person, two or three, so I am challenging you out there. If you’re sitting in your business right now or you’re finishing up this year, trying to finish to strong in December, going, “You know what? Maybe I’m not quite where I want to be.” Maybe your numbers are maybe not as big it needs to be.

Maybe you’re just looking for that amazing cultural fit, that when you’re around folks that are just bringing value every day. If that’s you and you’re thinking a change could be possible, we would love to talk to you. It’s really, really, really important for us that we’re looking for that special person and we’re always, always, always looking to change lives. So hence the question up here.
