Several weeks ago, I had the true pleasure of spending a morning and afternoon with Scott Trembley. I called The Trembley Group Real Estate about one of the company’s Intracoastal Waterway lot listings. I never expected to be connected with one of the company’s owners. Scott answered all my questions, anticipated my next question, and answered a few that I never thought of asking but should have. Scott was a wealth of information and gave me all the information I requested. When I asked if I could see the property, I never expected to be asked, “How about 45 minutes from now?” We met at Scott’s office and he showed me the listing.
