If you’re a newer agent, our team has an incredible offer to extend to you. Learn all about it today.

Many agents leap into this career path after selling a home of their own, seeing the commission they paid their Realtor, and thinking, “Oh my gosh, I need to get into this!”

Then, after you got your license and got to work, you probably realized that a career in real estate isn’t the instant path to riches you imagined. Instead of sipping fancy lattes and working on your laptop all day in some upscale cafe, you’re spending the bulk of your days in an office making hundreds upon hundreds of phone calls to potential leads. That’s the reality of real estate.

Because of this, real estate has an 87% failure rate. That’s right: The majority of new agents leave the industry after only a short time of being on the job.

Don’t get me wrong, though—real estate is a great career, but you have to be willing to work hard if you want to be successful.

“You won’t find an opportunity like this anywhere else”

According to the National Association of Realtors, the average agent earns about $30,000 a year. That’s a far cry from the wealthy lifestyle that some people daydream about when they decide to get into this career.

Not only is the pay generally lower than what people anticipate, but it also often goes right back into your business, rather than finding its way into your pocket. There are a lot of people and companies out there, some more helpful than others, that Realtors can pay to boost their business. Therefore, that $30,000 can quickly become even less.

The real estate industry is a lot tougher than people might imagine. If you’re a new agent just beginning to notice this trend, then I’ve got some good news for you. We at the Trembley Group have put together a calling team, which we call our Client Care Specialists. This CCS team reaches out to and follows up with clients in order to take some of the load off of our agents.

Those who are a part of our CCS team learn the necessary skills to avoid the financial struggles agents often encounter when first entering the industry. Joining the CCS team is an incredible way for new agents to get acclimated to the industry. Better still, CCS team members are paid a salary—they never have to wonder if or when their next paycheck will come in.

You won’t find an opportunity like this anywhere else—especially not one that will allow you to eventually step up into the role of a full-time agent, once you’re ready. Our team has already helped several new agents do just that, and it usually only takes about a year.

When agents join us, they don’t fail out of the industry. If they do experience failure, which all of us do at some point, they “fail forward” instead. In other words, they learn from their mistakes and become better real estate professionals as a result.

If you have any other questions or would like more information, please give me or my team a call or give us an email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
